Confidentiality and Flexible Transparency
TapestryX allows the control and accessibility of asset lots to be set from fully transparent to confidential. Proof of identity need only be known by the counterparty and the hosting node (as today with bank, broker or vendor transactions). Asset Lot encumbrances can be utilized to “lock” asset lots as a two layered security in case of accidental disclosure or stealing of encryption keys.
Each node on the network need only record anonymous digital asset lots and their associated transactions. Associated data, depending on sensitivity, can be held off-ledger and on-node or off-ledger and off-node, providing security and confidentiality for sensitive user data.
